Blurry cityscape panorama from Jane's apartment...

Kev on the balcony, but it's the elephant shaped cloud above his hand that's intriguing...

Steam clock in Gastown...

After breakfast with Kev & Jane, we headed to Granville Island. Miche on the Aquabus on the way back...

Miche's ear had given her real pain on the descent coming over, so the next morning we hit the medical centre...

View from the hotel room and the 745 foot 'net' sculpture attached to the hotel...

Miche outside the hotel...

By the cruise terminal...

After being declared not fit to fly because of her ear, we spent a Saturday evening and $880 at Richmond Hospital to get a 'fit to fly' certificate for the next evening's flight...

We stayed as 'distressed passengers' at an airport hotel, that literally overlooked the terminal & runway - view from our room...

It meant we had an extra afternoon to get back into Vancouver and we headed to Stanley Park.

Totems...

Looking across Burrard Inlet...

Looking back at the city from the beautiful park...

Girl in a Wetsuit statue...

Miche and the Lions Gate Bridge and north Vancouver in the distance...

Jellyfish at the Vancouver Aquarium...

Cute, but never still Sea Otters...

They have such great faces...

Beluga whales...

Miche and her penguin chums...

Alas, all too soon it was back to the airport, but at least it's an attractive and uncrowded airport...
