There was a 5 day white out which meant all but the tiniest nursery slope lift was closed, so we had to entertain ourselves... often with Toblerone, Baileys and card games...

Pretty deep outside our chalet...

Nuts deep in fact...

The skiing may have been lousy, but the poubelling was absolutely fantastic...

What started off as a little chute became our own private 200+ metre high speed slide over the course of a few days...

Bit nippy and my coccyx took months to heal...

The night life was a little rigid too, I don't think our 'taches came up to the right standards so we stood out as out-of-towners...

We did manage to get out on the last afternoon... but the best of the snow would be had by those we passed coming up the valley as we descended the next morning...

As the tiny 'no vertical' nursery slope had been open during the storm our ski pass was useless, but not refundable... Oh well, the trip was worth it for the poubelling alone.
