In what seemed like no time at all, the two weeks came to
end, but it had been pretty epic snow conditions up top and even a day
of riding 18 inch powder all the way down to Dusty's in Creekside.
Last few shots... Dave & Andy...

When tracking the kids in low-viz
conditions they went both high & low tech - electronic tracking
devices on the legs and balloons on the heads...

Heavily frosted trees part way down Symphony...

I'd stopped there for a call of nature, but had to admire the view...

Thank you Whistler...

Alas, all to soon all the lights were red and it was time to go home...

A cheeky Burt Reynolds in the Amsterdam Cafe...

Well who could resist a cocktail with bacon in it?
In all its Gonzo-like appearance...

Cheers...
Would monsieur like a bucket?

You bet your ass he would...

Oh dear...

We visited, but didn't take any photo's in the following fine establishments, though Dave may disagree about the last one...

However - Whistler had tried to make amends by laying on a Tea emporium for him...

Two-week goggle tans, giving that dirty faces look at a competitive fondue evening...

Dave in the foyer of the Tantalus, while we waited for the bus back to Vancouver...

The return journey down the Sea to Sky Highway as the sun was getting lower in the sky...

The bus windows could have done with a clean though...
Beautiful scenery...
After years of paying the Vancouver Airport improvement tax, the improvements are pretty impressive...

I'd have probably built a stream and huge fish tanks too, if I had the choice of how to spend taxpayers money...

Glowing salmon...
