Miche on Charles Bridge during the busy daytime, when it's less of a thoroughfare and more of a market with caricaturists, souvenir sellers and musicians...
Time to relax - Miche in U Fleků, where the beers keep coming until you tell them to stop - there's no worrying about choice or ordering - there's just the one brew and they put that in front of you without asking.
Miche makes short work of her goulash and dumplings...
