First trip of many to Whistler Blackcomb with Kev, Dave B & Jon.

This was also to be the first time that I tried snowboarding. It was a bit of a tough lesson to be a beginner again and I took a couple of big falls on the puniest of slopes so I flitted between the two disciplines for the two weeks we were there.

However after spending the last day maneuvering 2m skis through 2 inch crust, I decided that I would make the move to snowboarding and I haven't skied since. That's not to say I won't dabble again in the future.
