Flute Mountain at Whistler


Looking across to Symphony from Sun Bowl - for once the visibility was good so we could stray into the powder to the right of the piste...

At the top of Flute - Phallic tracks from a Snowshoe Hare and in case Ray Mears is checking... the direction of travel was top to bottom or cock to balls as I'm sure true bushcraft experts would describe it...

Welcome to Vancouver - I've done this trip many times since first coming in 1997 and the clearance of all the low rise residential homes had accelerated massively to be replaced by apartment blocks - what were left were a little sad to see, rows of them slightly run down and with 'for sale' signs up...
