Udvar-Hazy Center 

I'm no plane spotter, but there were some mightily impressive aircraft and spacecraft here, it had everything from Concorde to Cruise Missiles and the Gossamer Albatross to the Virgin Atlantic Global Flyer and everything in between.

Lockheed SR-71 - Blackbird...

The main reason for going was to see the Space Shuttle Discovery, that had been delivered 6 weeks prior to our visit...

Scary to think what this B-29 Superfortress aircraft had done 67 years previously...
