We watched this
water monitor encounter - 2 big units, lots of jerky head movements, until
the one in the water game the other a wide berth...
On the opposite
side of the lake, was the biggest Water Monitor that
we saw...
Foot for scale,
it was about 5 feet beneath where I am standing...
Its mate looking
for a place to rest...

into a culvert...
