The day starts with a return 8.8km hike from Camp 5 to Kuala Litut.

The host tree has completely rotted away and the strangler fig has all the support it needs...
After a quick lunch it was off to world's longest tropical canopy walk (480m) many metres above the jungle floor...

There were some furry friends up there too... pygmy squirrels that barely stood still long enough to focus on (how many more excuses can I make up for blurred photo's?)...
There were some less furry critters up there too... a juvenile pit viper waiting for lunch to wander by... I was curious why Henry our diminutive guide hadn't joined us for this bit...
Back on the ground, time to check out the flared buttresses that supported the trees we'd been walking between up top...
