Miche outside the hotel...

Down at the seafront a couple of hundred yards away from the hotel with the Mount Esja range in the background...

Sólfar (Sun Voyager)

A sculpture by Jón Gunnar Árnason...

A pair of fish on the rocks, not sure how they got there...

Harpa (Concert Hall) on the harbour...

Don't mention the Cod War...

Fancy hats...

Miche and some city-dwelling geese...

Tjörnin (the Pond)

Covered in ice thick enough for people to walk across it.

Miche stopped in her tracks by geese...

There is enough flow in one corner to keep it free of ice and give a spot to feed the birds...

The geese suspect this lady may be packing bread...
