Day 5 - A day of 'undulation', with 1310m ascended and 500m descended, as well as 5 suspension bridges of varying heights crossed on the way up to Namche Bazar (administrative centre of the Khumbu region).

Waiting for a yak train to go past, they have a testy reputation for knocking people from trails if you're foolish enough to be on the downslope edge of the path. I think I'd be the same if I had to carry the loads that they carry...
